Workshop Operation Manager (Aluminum &amp; Carpentry)Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise the daily operations of the aluminum and carpentry workshop.</li><li>Organize and assign tasks to technicians, carpenters, and aluminum fabricators.</li><li>Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications.</li><li>Plan and follow up on project execution and delivery schedules.</li><li>Manage inventory and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure material availability.</li><li>Oversee adherence to safety and quality procedures within the workshop.</li><li>Prepare regular reports for management on workflow and productivity.</li><li>Resolve technical and administrative issues that may affect operations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing aluminium or carpentry workshops.</li><li>Strong knowledge of fabrication, installation, and finishing processes.</li><li>Excellent leadership and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and manage multiple work teams.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design software (AutoCAD or similar) is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
