Key Responsibilities* Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping* Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and purchase entries* Maintain accounts payable and receivable records* Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking* Prepare monthly financial reports and statements* Assist with VAT calculation and filing according to UAE regulations* Monitor project expenses and supplier payments* Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records* Coordinate with auditors and management when required* Support payroll processing and employee expense trackingRequirements* Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field* Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in UAE* Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations* Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills* Good communication skills in English* Experience in construction company accounting is an advantageBenefits* Competitive salary package* Visa and medical insurance provided* Annual leave as per UAE labor law* Career growth opportunitiesJob TypeFull-timeExperience* Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)* UAE Accounting: 1 year (Preferred)MOB 0581927368Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
