The role involves supervising the sales team, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company&rsquo;s presence in the projects market by building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise and support the projects sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets for PVC, CPVC, and PPR products.</li><li>Identify and develop new project opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.</li><li>Prepare, submit, and follow up on quotations, tenders, and project proposals.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, finance, logistics, and production) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies related to piping systems.</li><li>Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and sales pipeline updates for management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in PVC, CPVC, or PPR piping systems or related building materials.</li><li>Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of the Saudi projects market.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.</li><li>Valid driving license.</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive basic salary.</li><li>Attractive monthly commission starting from SAR 6,000, based on performance and achieved targets.</li><li>Other benefits as per company policy.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Leadership and team management</li><li>Strategic thinking and problem-solving</li><li>Strong customer relationship management</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#65020;6,000.00 - &#65020;12,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Sales - Projects Field: 4 years (Required)</li><li>PVC, CPVC Pipes Field: 3 years (Required)</li><li>PPR Pipes Field: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
