Position: ACCA Accountant with Audit Experience Location: Umm Al Quwain Job Type: Full-TimeJob Summary: We are seeking a qualified ACCA Accountant with strong expertise in financial accounting, reporting, and audit handling. The ideal candidate will manage the organization&rsquo;s accounting processes, conduct internal audits, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and assist in external audits. The role requires a deep understanding of accounting principles, auditing procedures, and financial reporting.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Financial Accounting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the company, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.&middot; Audit Management: Handle both internal and external audits, liaising with auditors to ensure smooth and timely completion of audits. Review financial statements to ensure they meet audit requirements.&middot; Account Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, general ledger, and other accounts.&middot; Tax Compliance: Ensure that all tax-related matters are in compliance with current laws and regulations, including VAT, GST, and income tax returns.&middot; Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements for management review.&middot; Budgeting &amp; Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budget performance and recommend adjustments as needed.&middot; Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices are in line with local and international financial regulations, and coordinate with legal teams for necessary filings.&middot; Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes, ensuring correct tax deductions, and compliance with statutory regulations.&middot; Ad-hoc Responsibilities: Assist in any other accounting or financial tasks as assigned by management.Required Skills:&middot; ACCA Qualification (or equivalent professional certification).&middot; Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and auditing standards.&middot; Experience handling audit processes (both internal and external).&middot; Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.).&middot; Ability to conduct thorough financial analysis and audits.&middot; Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.&middot; Strong communication skills to interact with management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.&middot; Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.&middot; High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling financial matters.Required Experience:&middot; Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in accounting, including audit handling.&middot; Previous experience in managing internal and external audits is required.Educational Qualifications:&middot; ACCA qualification or equivalent (e.g., CA, CPA).&middot; A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Desired Qualities:&middot; Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges.&middot; Ability to manage tight deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy under pressure.&middot; Knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) is a plus.Salary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.Start Date: ImmediateJob Type: Full TimeJob Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
