With a strong presence in Dubai and Sharjah&rsquo;s competitive property market, we are committed to delivering reliable leasing solutions, maintaining our assets efficiently, and ensuring long-term satisfaction for both landlords and tenants.Role Overview:We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager &ndash; Real Estate Operations to oversee the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will manage sub-leases, ensure proper maintenance and compliance of leased buildings, coordinate with internal teams and government authorities, and prepare regular operational and financial reports for management review.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage the sub-leasing of company-managed units, ensuring compliance with tenancy terms and legal requirements.</li><li>Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of all leased buildings, coordinating with the maintenance team, vendors, and facility staff.</li><li>Follow up with sales, maintenance teams, and watchmen to ensure smooth daily operations and timely issue resolution.</li><li>Liaise with Dubai Municipality and other authorities to obtain necessary approvals, renewals, and compliance certifications.</li><li>Prepare and present periodic operational and performance reports to the management.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of leases, renewals, maintenance requests, and tenant communications.</li><li>Manage the addition of new buildings or assets to the company&rsquo;s portfolio, ensuring smooth onboarding, documentation, and readiness for leasing.</li><li>Support the management in budgeting, expense control, and operational planning related to real estate assets.</li><li>Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure satisfaction and retention.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5-10 years of experience in property management or real estate operations, preferably in Dubai.</li><li>Strong organizational, coordination, and reporting skills.</li><li>Good understanding of real estate documentation, sub-leasing processes, and municipal approval requirements.</li><li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and property management systems.</li><li>UAE Driving License preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Company visa and benefits as per UAE Labour Law.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth within a well-established and expanding company.</li><li>Exposure to a diverse real estate portfolio across Dubai and Sharjah.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
