Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with clerical tasks, maintain office cleanliness, and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative support.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist staff with day-to-day office tasks and errands</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office, pantry, and common areas</li><li>Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required</li><li>Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution</li><li>Deliver and collect documents internally and externally when required</li><li>Support administrative staff with basic office duties</li><li>Ensure office supplies are stocked and inform management when replenishment is needed</li><li>Assist with setup for meetings and office events</li><li>Follow company policies, safety, and hygiene standards</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>High school certificate or equivalent preferred</li><li>Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Physically fit and able to perform routine office tasks</li><li>Honest, punctual, and well-organized</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and work independently</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
