Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Outdoor role for marble and tiles, located in the Doha Metropolitan Area. The Sales Outdoor professional will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining a strong relationship with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks involve visiting potential customers, presenting product offerings, negotiating terms, and closing deals. The role also involves providing training and guidance to clients about the products, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and effectively managing sales pipelines.Qualifications<ul><li>Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for managing client interactions and building relationships.</li><li>Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets, negotiate deals, and lead related activities.</li><li>Experience in delivering Training to effectively educate clients about the products.</li><li>Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude with the ability to work under minimal supervision.</li><li>Knowledge or experience in the marble and tiles industry is an advantage.</li><li>Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Doha Metropolitan Area.</li></ul>Essential Functions and Duties<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the construction, architecture, and interior design sectors.</li><li>Conduct regular field visits to clients, project sites, and distributors to promote the company&rsquo;s marble and tile products.</li><li>Present and demonstrate product samples, catalogues, and specifications to clients and consultants.</li><li>Identify project opportunities and ensure the company&rsquo;s products are specified in tenders and quotations.</li><li>Prepare and submit sales quotations, follow up with clients, and negotiate contracts to close sales.</li><li>Coordinate with the logistics and operations team for timely delivery and installation of materials.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project updates.</li><li>Achieve monthly target as assigned by the management.</li><li>Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments in the marble and tile industry.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Sales in Marbles and Tiles: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>
