 </li>
 <li>
 Use effective assessment strategies to monitor, track, and report on student attainment and progress.

 <li>
 Contribute to planning, curriculum development, and collaborative year-group work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the pastoral needs of students and promote the school&rsquo;s values and behaviour expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student achievements and areas for development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in school events, professional development, and wider school initiatives.

 Qualifications And Experience
 
 
 
 Applicants must:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Be a fluent English speaker
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education or a relevant subject with PGCE / QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience teaching the English National Curriculum, preferably in an international setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong classroom management skills and commitment to student wellbeing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
