We are seeking a Procurement Officer with 3&ndash;5 years of experience in the construction industry to join our growing team.The ideal candidate will manage procurement processes, vendor relations, and material supply for construction projects, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Source and procure construction materials, equipment, and services.</li><li>Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors.</li><li>Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and finance teams.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.</li><li>Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for management review.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Proven experience as a Procurement officer or in a similar role within the construction or fit-out industry.</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction materials, fit-out items, and market trends in Qatar.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple procurement activities simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).</li></ul>Join Al Rafee Development Company and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects that shape Qatar's landscape.
