About the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Print Production Designer to join our printing press team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of print design, prepress preparation, and printing industry standards. The candidate must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple jobs simultaneously, and prepare accurate print-ready artwork with minimal supervision.Responsibilities<ul><li>Create and modify artwork for various printing products.</li><li>Prepare print-ready files with proper bleed, margins, crop marks, and CMYK color settings.</li><li>Design and finalize business cards, flyers, brochures, booklets, stickers, banners, roll-ups, signboards, letterheads, envelopes, and other marketing materials.</li><li>Check customer-supplied artwork and correct formatting, resolution, font, and printing issues.</li><li>Coordinate with production staff to ensure smooth and accurate output.</li><li>Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.</li><li>Ensure quality and consistency in all designs and print files.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a printing press, digital printing company, or advertising agency.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.</li><li>Knowledge of CorelDRAW is an advantage.</li><li>Strong understanding of CMYK color management, bleed, crop marks, image resolution, and print production processes.</li><li>Experience preparing files for digital and offset printing.</li><li>Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience with large-format printing and signage artwork.</li><li>Knowledge of UAE market printing standards.</li><li>Ability to handle urgent customer requirements and revisions quickly.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Stable, long-term employment.</li><li>Opportunity to work on a wide range of printing and branding projects.</li><li>Supportive and professional work environment.</li></ul>Application Question: Please share examples of print design projects you have completed, including business cards, brochures, banners, signage, or other print production work.
