 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for civil, mechanical, and electrical construction projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze construction drawings, engineering plans, and technical specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to collect pricing data and verify quantities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate contractor and supplier quotations to ensure compliance with technical standards and project requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare cost comparison sheets and assist management in bid strategy and pricing decisions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain cost databases, material rates, and historical project records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in value engineering and cost optimization for construction projects.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum
 
 5&ndash;10 years of experience
 
 in construction cost estimation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quantity take-off processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in
 
 AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
 
 (e.g.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in
 
 MEP and infrastructure projects
 
 is a strong advantage.
 </li>
