 This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Consultant located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Legal Consultant will be responsible for providing legal advice, assistance, and document preparation to clients. The day-to-day tasks may include conducting legal research, analyzing legal issues, and offering guidance on various legal matters.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Provide expert legal advice and support to clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement legal strategies to address client needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance on complex legal issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate and organized legal records and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support clients in dispute resolution and litigation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure confidentiality and security of client information.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in law (LLB) from an accredited institution. Additional certifications or degrees related to UAE law, corporate law, or compliance are highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 5-8 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on litigation , contracts, regulatory compliance, and labour laws in the UAE. Experience in diversified business sectors is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws, Litigation , arbitration, regulatory frameworks, and mergers &amp; acquisitions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts with strong attention to detail and a focus on mitigating risks.
 </li>
