Job Title: General Accountant Industry: Real Estate Preferred Candidate: Female Salary: AED 4,000 &ndash; 4,500Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented General Accountant to join our real estate company. The ideal candidate will manage all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage all accounting transactions accurately and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain precise financial records for property sales, rentals, and leasing activities.</li><li>Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.</li><li>Handle payroll processing on schedule and manage petty cash transactions.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other external stakeholders for smooth financial operations.</li><li>Monitor and control costs, expenses, and supplier accounts.</li><li>Prepare and submit VAT and corporate tax filings in coordination with auditors.</li><li>Manage cheque and cash deposits, including post-dated cheques (PDCs), bounced cheques, and hold cheques, with proper follow-up and documentation.</li><li>Perform bank reconciliations accurately and on time.</li><li>Support CRM-related financial activities, ensuring accurate integration of accounting data with the company&rsquo;s CRM system.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE real estate sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.</li><li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV and cover letter for consideration.Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
