Job Purpose</b></h2>
</div><div><p>
Responsible for creating detailed technical drawings for the electrical and renewal energy projects using AutoCAD or MICRO station software. Your work will play a pivotal role in translating conceptual designs into detailed drawing, ensuring the successful execution of projects.</p>

Job Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Create precise and comprehensive technical drawings, schematics, and layouts for electrical projects, adhering to industry standards and regulations</li>
<li>Utilize your experience and knowledge to design solar PV systems, including panel layouts, string sizing, and electrical wiring diagrams</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with technical/design managers, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that drawings and designs meet project requirements and specifications</li>
<li>Create detailed layouts, circuit diagrams, sketches, and drawings for new and modified equipment specifications</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including revisions and as-built drawings</li>
<li>Provide technical support and assistance to project teams and other departments as needed</li>
<li>Suggest design modifications or improvements that enhance project efficiency and cost-effectiveness</li>
<li>Identify and address design issues or discrepancies in a proactive and timely manner</li>
<li>Stay up-to-date with industry codes, standards, and best practices related to electrical design and solar PV systems</li>

Qualifications</b></p>
<ul><li>Must possess industry recognised advanced vocational or technical training from a reputed institution.</li>
<li>Diploma or higher in electrical engineering would be plus</li>

<ul><li>Must have minimum 2-5 years of work experience in drafting for electrical project</li>
<li>Experience in renewable energy would be added advantage</li></ul><br>

Knowledge &amp; Skills</b></p>

<li>Strong knowledge of <b>Low Voltage (LV) and ELV systems</b>, including:</li>
<li>Building Management Systems (BMS)</li>

<li>Commercial building electrical requirements</li>
<li>Good understanding of <b>tender documents, drawings, and specifications, contract conditions</b></li>
<li>Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and international standards</li>
<li>Sound understanding of <b>UAE authority regulations</b>, including (as applicable): DEWA, ADDC, SEWA,, Civil Defence,Etisalat / DU (ELV scope)</li>
<li>Proficient in <b>MS Excel, MS Word</b>, and estimation tools</li>

<li>Mandatory valid UAE driving license.</li>
