Job Purpose</b></h2>

To carry out administrative works related to leasing and property management services (current scope) across the portfolio.</p>

Job Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Provide all administrative and secretarial support to the department that includes but not limited to issuance and renewals of contracts, notices, memos, collections, customer support etc.</li>
<li>Revenue collection and accounting</li>
<li>Lease review and abstracting, lease audits, occupancy cost analysis</li>
<li>Establish and maintain / update records and filling system (DMS) in order to support the information needs of the management</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with the internal and external (RERA, DM and DED) approved policies, rules and regulations to protect company and customer&rsquo;s interest</li>
<li>Prepare management reports / information in a timely manner</li>
<li>Utilize appropriate property management systems and processes including software systems, accounting systems and other business infrastructure for effective management</li>
<li>Ensure that complaints, concerns, occupiers and stakeholders are attended to and resolved as speedily and as satisfactorily as possible</li>
 <li>Maintain and record effective communications with the occupiers and stakeholders</li>

<li>High level of proficiency in English (spoken and written) / Arabic is an advantage</li>

To ensure parts stock at optimum level as required for smooth operations of the business.</p>

Job Responsibilities</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Assist in creating article master data as and when required to ensure correct data on the system.</li>
<li>Oversees supply of parts requirement for all branches thereby ensuring sales and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Periodically analyse and update parts movement trends and categorize accordingly for reorder levels.</li>
<li>Oversees upkeep of warehouse and maintenance of parts transport vehicles</li>
<li>Assist in insurance claims for parts damaged during transit / discrepancies</li>
<li>Assist in tracking shipments and coordinate with logistics for parts consignment to ensure stocks are received on time.</li>
<li>Ensures regulatory requirements are in line for the warehouse facility.</li>

<ul><li>1-3 years&rsquo; experience where 1 years in a similar role preferably within the same industry</li></ul></div>

<ul><li>Excellent negotiation skills and influencing skills</li><li>Well organised &amp; effective plans in all situations.</li><li>Methodical approach for better inputs, result oriented</li><li>Can work under pressure with deadlines and able to work independently.</li><li>Sets and achieve highest work standard at all the times.</li><li>Good analytical skills and technical expertise</li></ul></div><br>
