 Bachelor's degree in art

 Minimum of two years' experience in teaching Art in an international School

 The Main Duties
 
 
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Follow the school's mission, philosophy, system, and educational approach, and to implement such objectives throughout their duties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Take specific responsibility for the day-to-day management and organization of teaching and learning within his/her grade level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead, manage and develop the core subject curriculum area and/or to lead and manage student&rsquo;s development across the curriculum ensuring continuity in relation to whole school developments.
 </li>
 <li>
 To have overall management responsibility for his/her grade team and to be an effective role model for his/her team in terms of behavior, teaching, and classroom management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and review the curricular application in his/her grade level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead regular phase group meetings with team members in coordination with the department head.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cooperate with colleagues to identify group and individual training needs and provide support for colleagues within his/her area of responsibility.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide the H.O.D. and/or other relevant staff with relevant subject, curriculum area or students&rsquo; performance information.
 </li>
 <li>
 To be accountable to the H.O.D. for all delegated curriculum and management tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize of all assessment tasks within his/her grade level.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write weekly agenda that explains the weekly plan for parents and provide instructional steps when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Write meeting minutes and make sure all team members are aware of points discussed in a grade level meeting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide weekly quizzes, tests, and homework for the grade level students&rsquo; and share it with teachers.
 </li>
