Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Structural Inspections: Conduct detailed on-site inspections of structural works (e.g., foundations, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls) to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.</li><li>Quality Assurance: Monitor workmanship and material quality for all structural elements in accordance with project requirements and international standards (ACI, BS, ASTM, etc.).</li><li>Reporting &amp; Documentation: Prepare daily inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and maintain accurate records of site observations, tests, and progress.</li><li>Review of Drawings: Verify that works on-site are executed according to the latest approved structural drawings and shop drawings; flag any deviations for corrective action.</li><li>Coordination with Contractors: Coordinate with contractors, site engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely rectification of non-compliance issues and adherence to quality standards.</li><li>Site Supervision: Ensure that construction activities are carried out safely and as per the project timeline, while monitoring alignment, leveling, and dimensions.</li><li>Testing Oversight: Witness and verify structural material tests (e.g., concrete slump tests, cube tests, rebar testing) and ensure third-party lab results align with specifications.</li><li>Regulatory Compliance: Ensure works are carried out in accordance with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authority regulations.</li><li>Progress Monitoring: Assist in tracking progress of structural works and raise concerns if activities deviate from the schedule or expected quality benchmarks.</li><li>Handover &amp; Snagging: Participate in structural snagging, de-snagging, and project handover processes to ensure all structural components meet required standards before client submission.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of experience in structural inspection within the UAE, preferably in a consultancy environment.</li><li>Hands-on experience in supervising and inspecting reinforced concrete and structural steel works on large-scale building or infrastructure projects.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your current location?</li><li>What is your Notice Period?</li><li>What is your expected salary (in AED) ?</li><li>Your application will be declined if all the above questions are not answered.</li></ul>Kindly confirm, that you have answered all the above questions.<ul><li>Are you available or willing to relocate to Dubai?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Civil Construction: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
