As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales team. You will be responsible for preparing quotes, managing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Your contributions will be critical in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.<ul><li>Support the sales team by preparing quotes, product proposals, tender submissions, and processing orders.</li><li>Monitor product availability and coordinate with inventory and logistics to ensure sufficient stock levels.</li><li>Prepare and send invoices, process payments, and address billing-related inquiries from customers.</li><li>Streamline order management processes.</li><li>Handle customer concerns and requests professionally to maintain and strengthen business relationships.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in sales coordination in a Medical equipment company in the UAE.</li><li>Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is a plus</li><li>Excellent MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Preferably with UAE Drivers License</li><li>Arabic speaker is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>Medical Equipment: 1 year (Required)</li><li>sales coordinator: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>drivers license (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Sales Coordinator

<ul><li>Assist in managing and updating stock inventory for sales, including receiving, organizing, and recording stock items.</li><li>Maintain office cleanliness and ensure all premises including showroom are clean and presentable.</li><li>Managing office supplies and maintaining appropriate inventory levels.</li><li>Assist in managing stock inventory for sales.</li><li>Toilet cleaning and maintenance, including disinfection of sinks, soap dispensers, etc.</li><li>Ensure that office equipment such as printers, copiers, and other machines are in working order and coordinate repairs when necessary.</li><li>Occasionally assist the reception desk by welcoming guests, answering phone calls, and directing visitors to the appropriate departments.</li><li>Providing support to administrative staff with various tasks as needed.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Must have minimum 1 year experience as office boy in the UAE</li><li>Experience as stock keeper</li><li>must be able to communicate in English</li><li>has valid UAE driver's license (not required)</li><li>can join immediately</li><li>Must be residing in Mussafah</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>office boy / stock keeper: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Drivers License (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Abu Dhabi (Required)</li></ul>
