Job ProfileSenior Mechanical Project Engineer is a high-level position at Al Saheeh Group Engineering Division, where the engineer will be involved in the design, estimation, execution, T&amp;C and Maintenance of Mechanical, Plumbing &amp; Drainage Systems, including HVAC, Fire Fighting for construction projects. The work will primarily be office based but if required the Engineer will be required to visit site.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design HVAC, FF, P&amp;D systems as per Regulatory, Consultant or Client requirement, matching product specifications, from preparation of drawings using AutoCAD or other similar software to approvals</li><li>Takeoff quantities to prepare the Tender pricing and documentation as per Consultant or Regulatory Body Design and create B.O.Q with pricing details.</li><li>Execute the HVAC, FF, P&amp;D services on site in coordination with the consultant, client and site engineers and managers in accordance with the design drawings adhering to the specifications as per approved by Regulatory Body, Client, and Consultant</li><li>Liason with DM, DEWA, SEWA, DCD, RTA and other regulatory, government departments for approvals, NOCs and other required documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with Site Engineers or manage a team of technical personnel and coordinate with all site personnel for timely completion of the project</li><li>Manage office-based teams through work assigned and other necessary tools, coordinate and monitor progress of work to ensure timely progress of assigned tasks</li><li>Monitor site progress through work reports provided and in comparison to planned, scheduled and completed work, noting down use of tools and materials and safety violations if any.</li><li>Note down any changes that occur at site with respect to design, site revisions or site requirement and present it to the responsible parties in a timely fashion to make sure that no errors are present</li><li>Attend client, consultant, regulatory body meetings to understand the requirements and inform the manager and other major stakeholders about the new information to best incorporate into the project or the upcoming projects and update the project details to required specifications so as to avoid further trouble during project completion, handover, inspection, T&amp;C or Maintenance periods</li><li>Create M.R.F as per site requirement in advance to ensure availability of work materials at all times</li><li>Create and/or verify created equipment lists, material work orders and design parameters of ductwork and other mechanical component works</li><li>Check and Sign D.O, Material Return Form, and other documentation to ensure delivery and return of products are handled as per standards</li><li>Perform Initial Risk Assessment and create documentation for further study</li><li>Ensure safety protocols are followed and ensure safety training is conducted weekly</li><li>Attend Client, Consultant meetings and note down required points for our work and raise the issues to the client or consultant as required</li><li>Conduct routine maintenance of under Defect Liability Period projects in coordination with other team members and client/M.E.P Contractors</li><li>Conduct Routine Maintenance as and when asked to by Maintenance Team</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor of Engineering/Technology or Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Recognized course in HVAC Systems, Plumbing &amp; Drainage Systems design or similar</li><li>Previous experience in commerical and residential construction for minimum 8 years</li><li>Experience and knowledge of NFPA, DCD, DM, DEWA,SEWA regulations</li></ul>Software Knowledge<ul><li>Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Microsoft Project or Primavera or Similar</li><li>AutoCad or Similar</li></ul>Non Mandatory Requirements<ul><li>Driving License</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>AutoCAD: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>U.A.E: 8 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>AutoCAD certification (Preferred)</li><li>U.A.E Driving License (Required)</li></ul>

Senior Mechanical Project Engineer

Job ProfileSenior Electrical Project Engineer is a high level position at Al Saheeh Group Engineering Division, where the engineer will be involved in all stages of a project, from Build, Testing &amp; Commissioning and Maintenance of all LV and ELV systems, including Solar PV of Midsize residential and commercial projects across U.A.E. The role will be mainly office based but will include office visits.
