Our mission is to deliver innovative, impactful, and visually compelling products that help businesses stand out.Creative Minds, Innovative Thoughts &amp; Quality Output.POSITION:JUNIOR ESTIMATORJob Summary: To support the Estimation Engineer in preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation for projects related to printing, branding, signage, exhibitions, and fit-out works. The Junior Estimator assists in data collection, quantity take-offs, vendor coordination, and documentation while gaining practical exposure to the full estimation lifecycle.Roles and Responsibilities:1. Tender &amp; BOQ Support&middot; Assist in reviewing tender documents, drawings, specifications, and scope of works.&middot; Support preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) under the guidance of the Estimation Engineer.&middot; Carry out basic quantity take-offs from drawings and sketches.&middot; Help identify material types, finishes, and basic manpower requirements.2. Cost Estimation Assistance&middot; Assist in preparing cost estimates for materials, labour, and basic fabrication/installation activities.&middot; Collect cost data from previous projects and internal cost databases.&middot; Support in preparing draft quotations and cost summaries for review.&middot; Update cost sheets as per revisions or scope changes.3. Vendor &amp; Supplier Coordination&middot; Request and follow up on quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.&middot; Compare vendor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.&middot; Maintain records of supplier pricing, lead times, and specifications.&middot; Assist in updating the approved vendor and price database.4. Cross-Department Coordination&middot; Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, and Projects teams to gather required inputs.&middot; Clarify drawings, material specifications, and execution details as guided by seniors.&middot; Support Estimation Engineer during internal coordination meetings.5. Tender Documentation &amp; Records&middot; Assist in compiling tender documents including:o Cost sheetso Quotationso Technical detailso Compliance checklists&middot; Ensure all documents are properly labelled, stored, and retrievable.&middot; Maintain tender logs, submission records, and revision histories.6. Post-Tender &amp; Revision Support&middot; Assist in revising estimates based on client clarifications or design changes.&middot; Prepare updated BOQs and cost breakdowns for review.&middot; Support Sales / Commercial team with basic cost clarifications when required.7. Cost Monitoring &amp; Learning Support&middot; Assist in comparing estimated vs actual costs for completed projects.&middot; Help identify variances and report findings to the Estimation Engineer.&middot; Maintain a learning log of completed tenders and project outcomes.8. Market Research &amp; Data Collection&middot; Collect information on:o Material priceso Labour rateso Subcontract costs&middot; Assist in updating market price trends under supervision.&middot; Support identification of cost-effective materials and suppliers.9. Quality, Accuracy &amp; Compliance&middot; Ensure accuracy in quantity calculations and data entry.&middot; Follow company estimation standards, formats, and approval processes.&middot; Maintain confidentiality of cost data, pricing strategies, and tender information.10. Junior Estimator (Fit-Out)

About the Job - TECHNICAL DETAILDER &ndash; FIT OUT/ EXHIBITION STANDS We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Detailer / Draughtsman with a strong background in interior fit-out and joinery works.The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing accurate shop drawings, detailed joinery and fit-out layouts, and coordinating with the design and production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.Roles and Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare comprehensive shop drawings, detailed joinery drawings, and material specifications in accordance with project requirements. </li><li>Coordinate with interior designers, project managers, and production teams to ensure clarity and feasibility of drawings.</li><li>Develop detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings for joinery and fit-out elements such as furniture, wall claddings, doors, counters, and partitions. </li><li>Conduct site visits to collect accurate measurements and understand installation challenges.</li><li>Ensure all drawings comply with local authority regulations and project specifications. Modify and revise drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, or internal teams.</li><li>Maintain an organized library of drawings and related documentation. Work collaboratively with procurement and estimation teams to assist in material take-offs and BOQ preparations.</li><li>Ensure deadlines are met without compromising on quality and accuracy.</li></ul>Desired candidate profileCompetencies:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of proven UAE experience in technical detailing within the fit-out and joinery industry. </li><li>Diploma or degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Engineering or related field.</li><li>Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. Knowledge of Revit or 3D visualization tools is a plus. </li><li>Strong understanding of joinery materials, production techniques, and installation methods.</li><li>Good knowledge of UAE building codes and joinery standards.
