Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in the aluminum and glass industry. Project Manager – Aluminum & Glass Industry

Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator with 2&ndash;3 years of experience in the aluminum and glass industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quotations, and material take-offs for aluminum and glass works including curtain walls, windows, doors, cladding, balustrades, and skylights.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review project tender documents, architectural drawings, and specifications to prepare cost estimates.</li><li>Prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and material take-offs for aluminum and glass systems.</li><li>Analyze and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations to ensure cost efficiency.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for up-to-date pricing of materials and systems.</li><li>Prepare and submit cost estimates, technical proposals, and quotations within project timelines.</li><li>Assist in value engineering and cost optimization proposals.</li><li>Work closely with the sales, design, and project management teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and project feasibility.</li><li>Attend technical and commercial meetings when required.</li><li>Maintain a database of standard rates, material costs, and pricing trends.</li><li>Keep updated on market trends and competitor pricing strategies.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 2&ndash;3 years of UAE experience in estimating for aluminum and glass works.</li><li>Strong knowledge of aluminum systems (e.g., Sch&uuml;co, Technal, Gulf Extrusions, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software/tools.</li><li>Understanding of UAE market rates, materials, and project costing standards.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and tender drawings.</li><li>Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience with facade estimation for high-rise, villa, or commercial projects.</li><li>Familiarity with ERP systems and project costing software.</li><li>UAE driving license (optional but preferred).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Estimator – Aluminum & Glass

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD Draftsman with 2&ndash;3 years of experience in the aluminum and glass industry within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings and shop drawings based on project specifications, site conditions, and client requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for aluminum and glass systems (curtain walls, doors, windows, cladding, balustrades, skylights, etc.).</li><li>Develop shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings based on architectural and structural inputs.</li><li>Interpret architectural plans and specifications to ensure correct implementation of aluminum and glass systems.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and production teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility.</li><li>Revise drawings based on comments from consultants, clients, or internal QA/QC.</li><li>Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes, project standards, and company guidelines.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date records of all drawings and project documentation.</li><li>Conduct site visits, if required, for measurements and verification.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of proven experience in drafting aluminum and glass systems in the UAE.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting software is a plus.</li><li>Strong knowledge of aluminum systems such as Sch&uuml;co, Technal, Gulf Extrusions, or similar.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE building regulations and standards for aluminum and glass works.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Good communication and time management skills.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Knowledge of material take-offs and basic estimation.</li><li>Experience working in fast-paced projects, such as high-rise buildings, villas, or commercial complexes.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license (optional but preferred).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
