Responsibilities<ul><li>Scheduling timely transportation services</li><li>Allocating Drivers for various transportation services such as pickups and deliveries</li><li>Explaining and negotiating contract terms with drivers and other vendors</li><li>Generating and processing transportation documents and invoices</li><li>Keeping a track of the transportation budget and expenses</li><li>Examining driver logbook entries</li><li>Developing and implementing transportation policies and procedures</li><li>Recruiting and overseeing the performance of the transportation stuff</li><li>Addressing customer queries and complaints and reverting the urgent ones to the Transportation Manager</li><li>Coordinating with the Transportation Manager to optimize transportation services</li><li>Ensuring compliance with the industry regulations and requirements</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a Transportation Specialist, Transportation Administrator, or a similar role in the Logistics department</li><li>Complete knowledge of the industry rules, regulations, and logistics procedures</li><li>Familiarity with logistics software such as Oracle NetSuite ERP, Dataman ERP, and Infor WMS</li><li>Good time management and organizational skills</li><li>Strong leadership skills</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Ability to handle stressful situations</li><li>Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual</li></ul>*Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>
