She should be able to perform the following Tasks:<ul><li>Familiar with shipping, import and export procedures.</li><li>Assist with all production functions and arrange loading plans.</li><li>Process booking with the shipping line.</li><li>Draft correspondences and other formal documents.</li><li>Plan and schedule appointments and events.</li><li>Coordinate and follow up on all company activities and prepare commercial documents.</li><li>Answer inbound and make outbound telephone calls.</li><li>Develop and implement organized filing systems.</li><li>Perform all other office and admin tasks.</li></ul>Requirements:Bachelor's degree preferredStrong knowledge of Excel.Working proficiency in English.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Logistics Shipping experience preferred.Nationality: Philippines requiredJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
