<span>HSE Manager<br> <br>Job Location : Dubai, UAE<br> <br>Key Responsibilities:<br> <br>  Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, systems, and procedures in line with company and legal requirements.<br>  Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.<br>  Lead incident investigations and prepare comprehensive reports with preventive recommendations.<br>  Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Laws, Federal Law No. 8 of 1980, and international standards such as ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.<br>  Provide HSE training sessions and promote a culture of safety awareness across the organization.<br>  Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to uphold high safety standards in all operations.<br>  Maintain documentation and prepare safety performance reports for management review.<br> <br>Preferred Qualifications and Skills:<br> <br>  Bachelor s degree or diploma in Occupational Health &amp; Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline.<br>  Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in HSE management within the construction industry (UAE experience is an advantage).<br>  Strong leadership skills with a proven record of managing safety teams and implementing safety protocols effectively.<br>  Excellent understanding of UAE HSE regulations and international safety frameworks.<br>  Strong communication, coordination, and report-writing abilities.<br>  Possession of professional safety certifications such as NEBOSH, SAMTRAC, or equivalent is highly desirable.</span>
