Job Description:Responsible for managing and supporting the organization&rsquo;s IT infrastructure, network systems, security appliances, CCTV surveillance systems, and enterprise applications. Provides daily operational and user support for SAP Business One (SAP B1), ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient business operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage, configure, and maintain network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, switches, and routers.</li><li>Administer and support Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate), including security policies, VPNs, NAT, traffic monitoring, logging, and firmware upgrades.</li><li>Ensure network security, performance, and high availability, applying cybersecurity best practices.</li><li>Manage and maintain IT hardware infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, workstations, laptops, printers, and peripherals.</li><li>Administer Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, user access control, and group policies.</li><li>Monitor, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, including:</li><li>Camera installation, configuration, and system expansion</li><li>NVR/DVR management, storage monitoring, and backup</li><li>User access control and footage retrieval</li><li>Troubleshooting cameras, network connectivity, and recording issues</li><li>Provide SAP Business One (SAP B1) operational support, including:</li><li>Creation, modification, and cancellation of sales, purchase, and inventory documents</li><li>Price updates and price list management</li><li>Daily user support for SAP B1 transactions and operational issues</li><li>Coordination with sales, finance, warehouse, and operations teams</li><li>Provide IT end-user support for daily operational tasks and system issues.</li><li>Perform backup, recovery, and disaster preparedness for IT and security systems.</li><li>Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before service disruption.</li><li>Maintain IT, network, SAP, and CCTV documentation, diagrams, and procedures.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT infrastructure, security systems, and SAP-related support.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Technologies:<ul><li>Network Administration (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN)</li><li>Fortinet FortiGate Firewalls</li><li>IT Infrastructure &amp; Hardware Support</li><li>Windows Server &amp; Active Directory</li><li>CCTV Surveillance Systems (IP Cameras, NVR/DVR)</li><li>SAP Business One (SAP B1) Operational Support</li><li>IT Security &amp; Monitoring</li><li>Troubleshooting &amp; User Support</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your notice period?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Network Infrastructure : 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Doha (Required)</li></ul>
