With an expanding retail presence and a strong pipeline of new projects, we are seeking a dynamic Head of Design to lead our creative vision and elevate our brands to the next level.Role OverviewThe Head of Design will be responsible for setting the creative direction, leading the design team, and ensuring that each collection reflects the brand&rsquo;s DNA while meeting market demands. This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to top management and working closely with the Production, Marketing, and Retail teams to ensure timely execution of seasonal and capsule collections.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Define the creative direction and seasonal mood boards aligned with brand identity.</li><li>Lead and mentor the design team (designers, pattern makers, sample room).</li><li>Oversee the full design process: concept, sketching, fabric selection, sampling, and final approval.</li><li>Work with the procurement and production teams to ensure feasibility, cost efficiency, and quality standards.</li><li>Monitor fashion trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to ensure relevance and innovation.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing on collection storytelling, campaigns, and launches.</li><li>Manage design calendars and ensure collections are delivered on time according to the 5-month development timeline.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fashion Design or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fashion design</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills, and market awareness.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of fabrics, trims, production processes, and garment construction.</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong communication and leadership skills.</li><li>Based in Qatar or willing to relocate. To lead our kitchen team, we are seeking a talented and experienced Head Bakery Chef who specializes in Korean-style breads, pastries, and desserts, and who can uphold the highest standards of quality, creativity, and consistency.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and manage the entire bakery kitchen operations.</li><li>Develop, test, and finalize recipes for authentic Korean breads, pastries, and specialty items.</li><li>Train, mentor, and supervise the bakery team to maintain excellence in preparation and presentation.</li><li>Ensure consistency, quality control, and adherence to food safety standards.</li><li>Collaborate with management on menu innovation, seasonal items, and cost control.</li><li>Oversee inventory, supplier coordination, and kitchen cost efficiency.</li><li>Drive creativity and innovation while staying true to Korean bakery traditions.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Head Chef / Master Baker / Pastry Chef in a bakery or caf&eacute; environment.</li><li>Expertise in Korean baking techniques and products (milk bread, soboro, cream buns, croissants, and fusion pastries).</li><li>Strong leadership and training abilities, with prior experience managing a team.</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.</li><li>Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for delivering premium customer experiences.</li><li>Flexibility to work early mornings and weekends as required.</li><li>Korean nationality or experience working in Korean bakeries is a strong advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.</li><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing top talent for retail operations and industrial functions.</li><li>Oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.</li><li>Drive performance management systems, including appraisals, KPIs, and career development.</li><li>Lead training and development initiatives to upskill employees across multiple departments.</li><li>Design and oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll structures.</li><li>Support organizational change management and workforce planning during expansion phases.</li><li>Foster a positive workplace culture that enhances employee engagement and retention.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s degree or HR certification is a plus).</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the retail and/or industrial sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.</li><li>Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and talent development.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to partner with senior management.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities.</li><li>Experience working in multi-site or multi-brand organizations is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeExperience:<ul><li>retail : 3 years (Required)</li></ul>
