We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant &amp; Bakery Manager to lead the operations of our new premium Korean bakery caf&eacute;. The successful candidate will oversee both the front and back of house, ensuring smooth daily operations, excellent customer service, and consistent product quality.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day operations of the bakery caf&eacute;, ensuring efficiency and excellence.</li><li>Manage, train, and motivate staff across front-of-house and kitchen teams.</li><li>Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and service (HACCP compliance).</li><li>Monitor and control operating costs, inventory, and wastage.</li><li>Implement marketing and promotional activities in coordination with management.</li><li>Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>Prepare operational reports and support management in achieving sales targets.</li><li>Ensure alignment with the brand DNA and deliver a world-class guest experience.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Bakery Caf&eacute; Manager.</li><li>Strong knowledge of bakery caf&eacute; operations (production, display, service).</li><li>Proven leadership, team management, and training skills.</li><li>Financial acumen (P&amp;L, cost control, inventory management).</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Korean is a plus).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.</li><li>Experience in pre-opening projects is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

You will be responsible for producing high-quality Korean breads and pastries, ensuring consistency, and maintaining the authenticity of recipes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and bake a wide range of breads and pastries</li><li>Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency and efficiency.</li><li>Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards.</li><li>Monitor dough fermentation, proofing, baking times, and temperatures.</li><li>Assist Head Chef with new product trials and seasonal items.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of bakery equipment and workstation.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3 years&rsquo; bakery experience (Korean bakery preferred).</li><li>Strong skills in dough handling, proofing, baking, and finishing.</li><li>Attention to detail and passion for quality.</li><li>Team player, flexible with shifts, and willing to learn.</li><li>English required; Korean language is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
