<ul><li>Design, review, and develop HVAC systems including cooling load calculations, duct design, and equipment selection in compliance with project requirements and local authority regulations.</li><li>Prepare detailed HVAC drawings, schematics, and layouts using relevant software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).</li><li>Coordinate with architects, civil, electrical, and plumbing teams to ensure smooth project execution.</li><li>Review project specifications, BOQs, and tender documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Conduct site visits, inspections, and surveys to verify design implementation and resolve any technical issues.</li><li>Supervise installation works and ensure all HVAC systems are installed as per approved drawings and standards.</li><li>Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals, submissions, and inspections.</li><li>Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control procedures, and company policies.</li><li>Prepare technical reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.</li><li>Manage project timelines and provide technical support to the project team.</li><li>Drive to project sites as required for inspections, coordination, and supervision (valid UAE driving license mandatory).</li><li>Support procurement by reviewing material submittals and coordinating with suppliers.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>design: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
