Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and lead site workers and subcontractors in carrying out civil works such as excavation, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing.</li><li>Interpret construction drawings, layout plans, and work schedules to guide on-site activities.</li><li>Ensure all work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Monitor work progress and provide daily updates to engineers or the site manager.</li><li>Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project targets.</li><li>Inspect the worksite to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality requirements.</li><li>Identify and report any site issues or discrepancies to the site engineer.</li><li>Ensure proper usage and minimal wastage of materials and resources.</li><li>Maintain records of daily activities, labour attendance, and materials used.</li><li>Train and mentor workers, promoting adherence to site rules and HSE guidelines.</li><li>Assist in preparing the site for inspections and handovers.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
