HVAC Technician

We are seeking a qualified HVAC Maintenance Engineer to join our facilities maintenance team for a multi-storey administrative office tower. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in operating and maintaining centralized HVAC systems in large commercial buildings.Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems within the office tower.</li><li>Operation and maintenance of Cooling Towers.</li><li>Monitor system performance, diagnose faults, and ensure efficient operation.</li><li>Operate and maintain:</li><li>Air-cooled chillers (YORK, SKM &ndash; screw compressors)</li><li>Air Handling Units (AHUs)</li><li>Operate and monitor BMS systems and troubleshoot related issues.</li><li>Troubleshoot control panels and PCB boards (an added advantage).</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintenance standards within the building.</li></ul>Job Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC specialization).</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC operation and maintenance for commercial buildings or office towers.</li><li>Good knowledge of ASHRAE standards and guidelines.</li><li>Experience in BMS operation and monitoring.</li><li>Good computer skills.</li><li>Good command of English, both written and spoken</li></ul>our email :qatarpharma974@gmail.comJob Type: Full-time
