<ul><li>We are seeking a dependable CCTV&amp; access control Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining, inspecting, and repairing closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems AND Gate Barriers &amp; door lock &amp; intercom etc... The role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring the security surveillance systems operate at optimal performance.</li></ul>_ Key Responsibilities:_<ul><li>Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of CCTV systems and components (cameras, DVR/NVR units, storage, cabling).</li><li>Diagnose and repair faults in analog and IP CCTV systems.</li><li>Monitor system health, storage capacity, and video quality across all locations.</li><li>Perform firmware updates and system reboots as necessary.</li><li>Ensure all cameras are properly aligned, focused, and free of obstruction.</li><li>Replace faulty components such as hard drives, power supplies, or cameras.</li><li>Maintain logs of inspections, repairs, and service calls.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for parts replacement or warranty claims.</li><li>Respond promptly to security system alerts and incident reports.</li><li>Support integration with other security systems (e.g., alarms, access control) as needed.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>High school diploma or vocational certification in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related fields.</li><li>2+ years of experience maintaining CCTV systems and Access Control .</li><li>Familiarity with DVR/NVR platforms (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Uniview, CP Plus).</li><li>Understanding of basic networking principles (IP addressing, port forwarding, LAN/WAN).</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage scheduled maintenance tasks.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Basic knowledge of structured cabling and power systems.</li><li>Physically fit to perform field work (climbing ladders, handling tools, working outdoors).</li></ul>_ Preferred Qualifications:_<ul><li>Certification in CCTV installation &amp; configuration or maintenance.</li><li>Knowledge of remote monitoring software and mobile app integrations.</li><li>Experience with large-scale or multi-site systems.</li><li>Familiarity with access control or alarm systems is a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Paid overtime and allowances for field work</li><li>Uniform, tools, and safety gear provided</li></ul>JOB TYPE : FULL TIME .Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month depend on experience and qualifications .Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
