Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant cum PRO with strong data entry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle PRO-related tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth daily office operations. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks.</li><li>Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.</li><li>Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence.</li><li>Assist in daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and handling emails.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments as needed.</li><li>Handle basic PRO tasks such as document submission, collection, and government-related follow-ups.</li><li>Support the management team with any additional tasks.</li><li>Drive to various offices, government departments, and required locations (UAE driving license required).</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, PRO, or in a similar role.</li><li>Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.</li><li>Knowledge of office procedures and PRO processes is an advantage.</li><li>Must hold a valid UAE driving license.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
