Scaffolding Inspector

Job Summary: The QC Engineer (Mechanical) is responsible for ensuring that all mechanical works in the Solar/PV project &mdash; including installation of mechanical systems, equipment, and structures &mdash; are performed in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and KSA regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inspect and verify mechanical installations, such as mounting structures, piping, HVAC (if applicable), supports, and equipment.</li><li>Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and QA/QC procedures.</li><li>Conduct material inspections, welding inspections, and dimensional checks as required.</li><li>Witness mechanical testing (pressure testing, torque checks, equipment alignment, etc.).</li><li>Monitor subcontractor works to ensure adherence to quality requirements.</li><li>Prepare and maintain inspection reports, test certificates, and quality documentation.</li><li>Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.</li><li>Participate in client and consultant inspections, audits, and project handovers.</li><li>Coordinate with site engineers, construction teams, and HSE to ensure safe and quality execution of mechanical works.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as QC Engineer (Mechanical) in Solar/PV or heavy industrial projects.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, inspection methods, and KSA regulations.</li><li>Familiar with international codes (ASME, ASTM, AWS, ISO, etc.).</li><li>Good knowledge of welding and fabrication inspection methods.</li><li>Certification in QA/QC Mechanical / Welding Inspector is an advantage.</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

QC Engineer (Mechanical)

Job Summary: The Lifting Inspector is responsible for inspecting lifting equipment, planning lifting operations, and ensuring compliance with project safety procedures and KSA regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inspect and certify lifting equipment (cranes, hoists, slings, shackles, etc.) before use.</li><li>Review and approve lifting plans and risk assessments.</li><li>Monitor lifting activities to ensure safe practices are followed.</li><li>Maintain updated records of lifting equipment certifications and inspections.</li><li>Ensure lifting operations comply with KSA safety standards and project requirements.</li><li>Report unsafe equipment or lifting practices immediately and recommend corrective measures.</li><li>Work closely with riggers, operators, and HSE team to coordinate safe lifting activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of lifting inspection experience in Solar/PV or heavy industrial projects.</li><li>Certified Lifting Inspector (Lifting Equipment Inspector/LEEA or equivalent).</li><li>In-depth knowledge of lifting operations, load charts, and rigging techniques.</li><li>Familiar with KSA and international safety standards.</li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Lifting Inspector

Job Summary: The HSE Officer is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental procedures on-site to ensure compliance with project requirements, client standards, and KSA regulations. The role involves daily site inspections, reporting, and promoting a strong safety culture.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct daily HSE inspections on-site to identify unsafe acts and conditions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with project HSE plan, client requirements, and Saudi safety regulations.</li><li>Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and safety awareness sessions to site staff.</li><li>Monitor high-risk activities such as working at heights, lifting operations, electrical works, and confined space entry.</li><li>Report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and ensure proper corrective actions are implemented.</li><li>Assist in incident/accident investigations and prepare reports with preventive measures.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation such as permits, checklists, and inspection records.</li><li>Support implementation of PTW (Permit to Work) systems.</li><li>Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives for safe execution of work.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in Solar/PV or industrial construction projects.</li><li>NEBOSH IGC / IOSH or equivalent safety certification required.</li><li>Good knowledge of KSA safety regulations and international HSE standards.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.</li><li>Ability to prepare HSE reports and maintain accurate safety records.</li><li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to promote a strong safety culture.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
