Location: Residential Building Experience: Fresher / Entry Level Qualification: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)Job Description:We are looking for a motivated Assistant Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and maintenance of a residential building. This role is ideal for fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates who want to start their career in Facilities Management.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in coordinating maintenance activities for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).</li><li>Support preventive and corrective maintenance works.</li><li>Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and service providers.</li><li>Attend and follow up on resident service requests.</li><li>Assist in inspections of common areas and building services.</li><li>Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.</li><li>Support health, safety, and compliance activities.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)</li><li>Freshers are welcome to apply.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HVAC and building services preferred.</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow in Facilities Management.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Basic understanding of MEP systems</li><li>MS Office knowledge</li><li>Team player with positive attitude</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
