 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>

 Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation through completion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors to ensure on-time and cost-efficient execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accurate implementation according to design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, timelines, and financial records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform regular site visits to track progress and verify workmanship quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and inspire on-site teams to promote productivity, collaboration, and high performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost impacts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure optimal allocation of labor, materials, and equipment for maximum efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage change orders, negotiate contract adjustments, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with local authorities to secure necessary permits, schedule inspections, and ensure regulatory compliance.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in the UAE construction industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive background in managing construction projects including villas, residential complexes, and high-rise buildings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in construction management and effective team leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
 </li>

We are looking for an Civil Foreman with Min 8+ Years of UAE experience in Building construction (High Rise, Residential, Villa) field.Roles and Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work follows plans and specifications.</li><li>Supervise and delegate tasks to workers and subcontractors.</li><li>Monitor work to meet required standards and specifications.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety regulations and conduct safety meetings.</li><li>Ensure proper handling and availability of materials and tools.</li><li>Keep daily records and submit reports on work progress.</li><li>Communicate with engineers, architects, and other teams for smooth project flow.</li><li>Ensure work meets legal, environmental, and safety regulations.</li><li>Resolve issues impacting work quality, timeline, or safety.</li><li>Ensure completed work meets standards before project handover.</li></ul>Qualification: <ul><li>High school, diploma or equivalent (minimum).</li><li>Min 8+ Years of Experience as a civil foreman</li><li>Hands-on experience in various construction tasks and processes.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, plans, and specifications.</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
