We are looking for Safety Officer with Min 7+ Years of UAE Experience in Building Construction Companies.ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Conduct risk assessments and develop safety plans</li><li>Regularly inspect the site for unsafe conditions.</li><li>Ensure that the project&rsquo;s HSE activities are properly planned and executed.</li><li>Responsible for preparing the HSE plan, emergency plan, HSE forms, and formats, and ensuring all approvals are obtained and followed up on.</li><li>Prepare weekly and monthly written HSE reports, statistics, and presentations related to HSE performance.</li><li>Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions for workers.</li><li>Ensure tools and equipment are safe and maintained.</li><li>Plan and assess hazards before starting tasks.</li><li>Report incidents and maintain safety records.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Minimum 7+ Years of UAE Experience as an Safety Officer in Construction field.</li><li>Diploma in Civil Engineering/or any related field</li><li>NEBOSH, IOSH Certification.</li><li>Well knowledge on UAE Construction Safety Regulations Standards.</li><li>Excellent communication Skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

 The Commercial Manager will oversee all post-tender commercial, contractual, and quantity surveying functions across the company&rsquo;s projects. He will ensure proper contract administration, claims preparation, subcontract management, and compliance with contractual obligations. The role requires close coordination with project managers, QS engineers, procurement, and finance to safeguard the company&rsquo;s commercial interests and maximize project profitability.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead and manage all post-tender commercial activities across projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and guide project QS teams on measurement, valuations, variations, and claims.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee preparation and timely submission of interim payment applications and final accounts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer contracts in compliance with FIDIC and other contractual frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate claims (EOT, variations, cost claims, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure proper documentation of contractual correspondence and records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on commercial and contractual matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve subcontract agreements, variations, and payment certificates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide commercial and contractual advice to management and project teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Report regularly to senior management on project commercial performance and risks.
 </li>

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management is mandatory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 12&ndash;15 years of experience in commercial/contract management within a building contracting company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record in post-tender QS, contract administration, and claims management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other standard forms of contracts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office.
 </li>

We are looking for Civil QAQC Engineer with Minimum 8 Years of UAE Experience in Building Construction Companies.Responsibilities<ul><li>Ensure the project follows the established quality processes throughout from design to construction to handover.</li><li>Oversee and monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to approved designs, specifications, and standards.</li><li>Perform inspections, tests, and audits at various stages of construction to identify any deviations.</li><li>Develop and manage quality control procedures for all phases of construction.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of inspections and compliance documents.</li><li>Prepare quality-related reports for stakeholders, including progress updates, issues, and resolutions.</li><li>Ensure that all project documents (drawings, specifications, etc.) are up to date and compliant with the quality standards.</li><li>Identify and resolve potential quality risks in materials, processes, and designs early in the project and provide solutions.</li><li>Conduct final inspections of the completed project to verify its compliance with quality standards and specifications.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering</li><li>Min 8 Years of experience in UAE based construction companies as Civil QA QC Engineer</li><li>Understanding of engineering materials, construction techniques, and quality standards.</li><li>Ability to identify issues quickly and implement corrective actions effectively.</li><li>Clear and concise reporting, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
