An Experienced Accountant is required for our NGO.Bank Reconciliation, Entries posting in Excel and Software, Email.We are working on ERP NEXT Software.<ul><li>ERPNEXT software entries (Process and pay vendor invoices)</li><li>Posting of the purchase invoice, sale invoice, bank receipt voucher, bank payment vouchers, general entries, adjusting entries, general ledger, fees posting</li><li>Maintain monthly General Ledgers</li><li>Prepare asset, liabilities, and capital account</li></ul>Petty cash<ul><li>Petty cash expenses/ Entries/ Petty cash Vouchers/ Safe locker handling</li></ul>Cashbook<ul><li>Cashbook, bank reconciliation with the bank statement and cheque books with the support of vouchers, Adjustment, Expenditures, donation/sponsorship/ endowment fund/zakat/receipts, fees receipts, and cash/cheque deposited in the bank, preparation of cheques</li><li>Donor sort out as required list (filter work) in excel</li><li>Depreciation calculation,</li><li>Prepaid insurance calculations/ expense out entries</li><li>Checking bank account, Bank Statement, and Bank deposit slip file checking after deposited the amount every week</li><li>Receive all donations, Zakat, Sponsorship, Endowment fund, Fees ETC and provide the receipt to HR person for making Thankyou Letter and post through courier service for further process</li><li>Receive Donation in Kind and provide the receipt to the donor after collection of Bills</li><li>All Account Receivable/ Account Payable Vouchers</li></ul>Bank<ul><li>Monthly profit calculations of saving Account</li><li>Investment Letter, Percentage of Investment from bank</li><li>Foreign Currency Dollars Reevaluation (Annually)</li></ul>Annual Audit<ul><li>Annual Audit preparation, Trial balance, Audit Queries, emails, Accounts, and Ledgers</li><li>Posting of Fixed assets in Software&rsquo;s/Ledgers</li><li>Meeting with the Auditors/Correspondence</li></ul>FBR<ul><li>FBR web portal online notice checking,</li><li>FBR E filling of contractor tax, salaries tax, goods and services tax with the help of FBR Tax rate card</li><li>FBR Tax Returned Quarterly and Annually</li><li>FBR Tax Exemption Certificate Renewal Application in Online Portal and Collection Process</li><li>Meeting with the Tax Consultant/Correspondence</li><li>FBR Queries/Notices documentations/ Scrutiny</li></ul>Utilities<ul><li>Utilities bill (online), K Electric, SSGC, Fuel bill checking, Milk bill checking, Ufone Office Mobile bill checking, Internet Bill</li></ul>EOBI<ul><li>EOBI Calculation with salary sheet and checking in the web portal</li><li>Create EOBI Contribution Voucher from the Web portal</li></ul>Budget:<ul><li>Budget preparation as compared to the last budget, Increment of Salaries as Instructions, Expenditures controlling, Investment positions, Students receivable for the upcoming period, Average calculations of Fuel, Utilities and Others</li></ul>Salaries<ul><li>Prepare Salaries of Staff after receiving Attendance sheet from HR/ COO and prepare to check after rechecking by seniors</li><li>Casual Leave Encashment payment sheet</li><li>Gratuity of Staff</li><li>Van Contractor Payment</li><li>Attendance &amp; Drivers Route allowances checking</li></ul>Misc.<ul><li>Word/ Excel/ Email/ Scanning/ Printing</li><li>Documents sending for signing</li><li>Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting system</li><li>Communicate with the Donors for Online donation/fees</li><li>I-Care Foundation Correspondence and their Fund Utilization Plan Calculations</li><li>NIT Units Reevaluation (Annually)</li><li>FBR Tax Exemption Certificate provides to Donor and bank</li><li>Requisitions &amp; Quotations</li><li>To check all sorts of applications of staff according to the rules</li><li>To assist the COO/ Treasurer in all accounts issues etc.</li></ul>0335 3555246info@alumeed.comJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
