We&rsquo;re Hiring: Manager &ndash; VAT (UAE VAT Experience Mandatory) United Arab EmiratesA leading accounting and auditing firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager &ndash; VAT to join our growing tax advisory team. This role is ideal for a VAT professional with strong UAE VAT expertise who is passionate about compliance, advisory, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end VAT compliance for multiple clients, including:</li><li>VAT registration and deregistration</li><li>Return preparation and filing</li><li>Reconciliations and periodic reporting</li><li>Provide strategic VAT advisory on transactions, contracts, and business restructuring.</li><li>Conduct VAT health checks, internal audits, and risk assessments.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to UAE VAT laws and regulations issued by the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).</li><li>Liaise with tax authorities on VAT clarifications, audits, and assessments.</li><li>Lead, mentor, and supervise junior VAT team members.</li><li>Stay updated with changes in VAT legislation, UAE Corporate Tax developments, and industry best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.</li><li>Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA) preferred.</li><li>Minimum 4 years of experience as a VAT Manager with mandatory UAE VAT experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of UAE VAT law, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple client portfolios and meet strict deadlines</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.</li><li>Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities.</li><li>Exposure to diverse industries and high-profile clients.</li><li>A collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment.</li><li>Open to both male and female candidates.</li></ul>If you are a results-driven VAT professional looking to advance your career with a reputable firm in the UAE, we invite you to apply and be part of our success story.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentWork Location: On the road
