We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our mall operations team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in LED screens, IT hardware support, and fa&ccedil;ade lighting systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical operations across the property.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Install, maintain, and troubleshoot LED display systems (indoor/outdoor).</li><li>Provide technical support for IT hardware, including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking equipment.</li><li>Monitor, configure, and maintain fa&ccedil;ade lighting systems for the mall.</li><li>Ensure system uptime and respond promptly to technical incidents.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for preventive and corrective maintenance.</li><li>Maintain documentation of IT assets, repairs, and service schedules.</li><li>Support general ELV systems as required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in IT, Electronics, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of experience in IT support, with specific expertise in LED screens and lighting control systems.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.</li><li>Knowledge of networking fundamentals and structured cabling.</li><li>Experience in mall or commercial facility operations preferred.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours and respond to urgent issues.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
