Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Ensure the accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions and maintain the integrity of accounting records in accordance with IFRS and company policies.</li><li>Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and preparation of supporting schedules.</li><li>Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including Profit &amp; Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flow reports, and management reports for decision-making purposes.</li><li>Perform and oversee reconciliations of bank accounts, credit cards, inventory, payroll-related accounts, payables, prepayments, fixed assets, intercompany balances, and general ledger accounts.</li><li>Monitor daily cash positions, prepare cash flow forecasts, and support treasury management to ensure adequate funding for operational and strategic requirements.</li><li>Ensure timely processing of supplier payments and accurate accounting of purchases, debit notes, and other procurement-related transactions.</li><li>Manage inventory accounting processes, including stock reconciliations, physical inventory counts, and monthly consumption reporting.</li><li>Maintain and monitor trade spend accruals, employee benefit provisions, and other liabilities to ensure accurate financial reporting.</li><li>Prepare VAT reconciliations and support statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements.</li><li>Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights, resolve accounting issues, strengthen internal controls, and support continuous process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Assist the Head of Finance in financial planning, reporting, compliance matters, and other finance-related projects as required.</li></ul>Requirements:Professional qualification in finance i.e. ICMA, CIMA, ACCA. Please do not apply if criteria not met.5-7 years of overall finance experience (preferably in Hospitality industry).Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel.
