Position: Recruiter Executive Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis Visa Status: Own/Sponsored Visa Joining: Immediately Salary: AED 4,500 &ndash; 6,000Experience: 3 years only in recruitmentKey Qualifications &amp; Experience:<ul><li>Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or related industries.</li><li>Prior experience recruiting for tensile, tents, or shade structure companies is a strong advantage.</li><li>Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals to identify, attract, and engage targeted candidates.</li><li>Ability to create and optimize job postings tailored to different platforms to reach relevant candidate pools.</li><li>Familiarity with social media sourcing (LinkedIn, Facebook groups, niche forums) to proactively build pipelines.</li><li>Experience managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.</li><li>Strong interviewing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills.</li><li>Excellent negotiation and offer management capabilities.</li></ul>Core Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, GulfTalent, and other relevant platforms.</li><li>Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract skilled candidates, leveraging platform-specific tools and advertising options.</li><li>Build and maintain talent pools by proactively engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn InMail and social media channels.</li><li>Collaborate with department managers to understand specific recruitment needs and tailor searches accordingly.</li><li>Screen and interview candidates, providing timely feedback and coordination.</li><li>Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports using ATS and CRM tools.</li><li>Enhance employer branding by promoting the company culture and job openings on social media and job boards.</li></ul>Soft Skills &amp; Personality Traits:<ul><li>Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of digital recruitment trends and tools.</li><li>Proactive and self-driven with excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and handle recruitment priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.</li><li>Discreet and professional when handling sensitive information.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have your own/spouse/sponsored visa ?
