About the role
As a Marketing Associate, you will shape Alaan&rsquo;s social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and upcoming channels. You will be on the ground capturing real moments, creating scroll-stopping content, and helping build a brand that finance professionals across the region love and engage with. 
This is a hands-on content creation role suited for someone who lives on social media, thinks in trends and hooks, and can shoot and edit videos on the go. 
What you'll do<ul><li>
Create short-form videos, reels, and stories for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat</li><li>
Capture on-ground content at events, customer visits, office days, product shoots, and everyday team moments</li><li>
Edit videos quickly using mobile editing apps like CapCut, VN, or similar</li><li>
Identify trends early and adapt them for Alaan&rsquo;s tone and audience</li><li>
Build and maintain a weekly content calendar with the marketing team</li><li>
Repurpose longer content (interviews, webinars, events) into bite-sized clips</li><li>
Support marketing campaigns with creative ideas, fast edits, and on-site content</li><li>
Engage with the finance and startup community across platforms through comments, DMs, and creator interactions</li><li>
Collaborate with the design and campaigns team to bring larger storytelling ideas to life</li></ul> 
What we are looking for<ul><li>
1&ndash;2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing</li><li>
Strong shooting and editing skills (phone-first creators welcome)</li><li>
Deep understanding of social trends across UAE and KSA</li><li>
Ability to create quality video content independently and at speed</li><li>
Comfortable being in fast-paced environments, capturing content in real time</li><li>
Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and brand voice</li><li>
Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)</li></ul>

About the role</h1>
Alaan&rsquo;s brand and customer base have grown rapidly through strong product-led and direct sales channels. The next stage of growth will come from strategic partnerships &mdash; building alliances that amplify brand reach, drive inbound demand, and create new revenue streams through collaboration.
Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, this role will lead the charge in identifying, building, and activating partnerships across the fintech, SaaS, accounting, and business ecosystem.
You&rsquo;ll work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to design campaigns, co-market with ecosystem players, and position Alaan as the go-to platform for modern finance teams in the Middle East.

What you'll do</h1>
Strategy &amp; Planning<ul><li>
Define the partnerships roadmap with the Head of Marketing &mdash; aligned with business objectives, GTM priorities, and brand positioning.</li><li>
Identify high-value partnership categories (SaaS integrations, accounting platforms, banks, accelerators, VCs, and ecosystem communities).</li><li>
Build frameworks to assess potential partners (audience fit, brand alignment, co-marketing potential, lead flow).</li></ul>
Partnership Development<ul><li>
Source, negotiate, and onboard new partners that enhance Alaan&rsquo;s brand awareness, user acquisition, and ecosystem credibility.</li><li>
Work with partners to source new lead opportunities for Alaan&rsquo;s product</li><li>
Build joint marketing plans, webinars, events, content collaborations, and digital campaigns.</li><li>
Manage partnership agreements, co-marketing budgets, and reporting.</li><li>
Nurture existing relationships to maximise output and uncover deeper integration or referral opportunities.</li></ul>
Collaboration &amp; Execution<ul><li>
Work cross-functionally with Sales and Product to identify integration and referral opportunities. 
Partner with Customer Success on client co-branding or referral initiatives. 
Collaborate with Marketing to ensure consistent messaging, shared KPIs, and measurable ROI on campaigns.</li></ul>
Performance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Track partnership performance through agreed KPIs (pipeline influenced, leads generated, brand reach, event ROI).</li><li>
Report on outcomes, insights, and recommendations for scaling or optimising partnerships.</li><li>
Continuously refine partner strategy based on data and market trends.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
What we are looking for</h1>
Experience &amp; Background<ul><li>
4&ndash;7 years of experience in partnerships, growth, or marketing within fintech, SaaS, or digital-first environments. 
Proven success building and managing B2B partnerships or co-marketing initiatives.</li><li>
Strong understanding of brand growth, lead generation, and commercial value creation through collaboration.</li><li>
Experience negotiating partnership contracts, managing co-marketing budgets, and tracking ROI.</li><li>
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships.</li></ul>
Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>
Arabic-speaking preferred; fluent English required.</li><li>
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.</li><li>
