The role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and achieving sales targets while maintaining long-term client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and digital channels</li><li>Present, promote, and sell company products or services to potential and existing clients</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers</li><li>Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that meet business objectives</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company policies</li><li>Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience as a Sales Specialist, Sales Executive, or similar role</li><li>Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills</li><li>Ability to build rapport and maintain professional client relationships</li><li>Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to close deals</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience in Accounting.</li><li>Knowledge of sales pipelines and forecasting techniques</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
