Al Amera Real Estate is a growing real estate firm in Dubai specializing in premium property sales, leasing, and investment consultancy. We are currently expanding our team and looking for motivated and experienced Off-Plan Property Brokers to join our dynamic sales division.Job Description:As an Off-Plan Property Broker at Al Amera Real Estate, you will be responsible for promoting and selling off-plan projects from Dubai&rsquo;s top developers. You will guide clients throughout their property investment journey, offering expert advice, transparent service, and strong after-sales support.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Promote and sell off-plan properties .</li><li>Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.</li><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers.</li><li>Stay updated on new project launches, payment plans, and market trends.</li><li>Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and follow-ups.</li><li>Advise clients on investment opportunities based on their needs and market conditions.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client communication using CRM tools.</li><li>Attend property events, developer meetings, and exhibitions to network and enhance brand presence.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, preferably in off-plan sales.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market and developer portfolios.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.</li><li>RERA certification (preferred or can be obtained after joining).</li><li>Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, French, etc.) are a plus.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Attractive commission structure with high earning potential.</li><li>Exclusive access to developer inventories and new launches.</li><li>Ongoing training and professional development.</li><li>Supportive and team-oriented work environment.</li><li>Opportunities for career growth within the company.</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates can send their updated CV to jobs.dubairealestate@gmail.comwith the subject line: &ldquo;Application for Off-Plan Property Broker &ndash; Al Amera Real Estate&rdquo;Job Type: Full-timePay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
