We are looking for someone who understandsconcrete production, moisture control, slump, air, mix consistency, and overall quality control &mdash; not someone thatneeds constant supervision.Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate and manage concrete batch plant production</li><li>Monitor moisture, slump, air, and mix consistency</li><li>Perform daily QC testing and batch documentation</li><li>Coordinate with drivers, dispatch, and management</li><li>Troubleshoot plant and production issues</li><li>Maintain consistent, high-quality concrete production</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Concrete batch plant operation</li><li>QC/testing experience</li><li>Knowledge of admixtures and moisture adjustments</li><li>High-production paving or commercial concrete experience preferred</li><li>ACI certification is a plus</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>High compensation based on experience and ability</li><li>Overtime available</li><li>Long-term steady work</li><li>Housing/per diem negotiable for the right candidate</li><li>Possible truck allowance/company vehicle</li><li>Modern 2024 Cemco equipment</li><li>Growing operation with advancement opportunity</li></ul>Looking for a real concrete professional that takes pride in production, consistency, and quality.
