The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to grow within the real estate field. This is a full-time, all-around support role that contributes to smooth day-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:Valuation &amp; Client Coordination<ul><li>Prepare and follow up on valuation proposals.</li><li>Coordinate valuation reports and client communications.</li><li>Maintain organized valuation records.</li><li>Handle empanelment processes with banks and developers.</li></ul>Accounting Support<ul><li>Issue invoices, handle petty cash, and follow up on payments.</li><li>Assist in VAT filing, audits, and basic bookkeeping using accounting software.</li></ul>Property &amp; Tenant Management<ul><li>Manage property leases, tenant communications, and payment follow-ups.</li><li>Coordinate property maintenance, legal notices, and inspections.</li><li>Maintain property documents and financial records.</li></ul>- send cv at sarah@alaqqadgroup.com.
