Roles &amp; Responsibilities:* Handling revenue records of both agricultural and converted land* Drafting sale deeds, GPA, SPA, sale agreements, partition deeds, release deeds, MOUs* Checking the flow of title and verifying property documents* Strong knowledge of Land Reform Act, Land Revenue Act, and SC/ST Act* Conducting legal analysis and researching legal issues* Drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and briefing documents* Providing sound legal advice on various matters* Monitoring the implementation of legal clauses in contracts* Coordinating dispute resolution and settlement formalities* Fluent in Kannada &ndash; both written and verbal communicationRequirements:* Relevant experience in real estate/property law preferred* Solid understanding of Karnataka land-related legal frameworks* Excellent drafting and legal documentation skills* Immediate Joiners PreferredIndustry: Real Estate &amp; ConstructionSalary: Based on ExperienceNotice Period : Immediate Joiners OnlyGender: Male Candidates OnlyJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
