<div>Alarm.com is seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in web content management, search engine optimization (SEO), and A/B testing to drive high-impact digital marketing strategies. In this key role, you will combine creative and technical skills to support the Alarm.com Marketing Department by developing compelling, optimized content and closely analyzing performance data. You will evaluate content effectiveness through keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, conversion rates, and other SEO metrics, using insights to refine strategies and maximize online visibility and engagement.

What You'll Do:
<div>
Web Content Management
</div>
<ul><li>Update and manage web content using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Craft).</li>
<li>Create, edit, and optimize content for web pages, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement content calendars.</li>
<li>Design and execute A/B optimization tests to increase the effectiveness of various marketing strategies, landing pages, and user experiences.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and higher conversion rates.</li>
<li>Utilize Google Analytics to track and report on site performance.</li>
</ul>
<div>SEO Programs
</div>
<ul><li>Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.</li>
<li>Perform ongoing keyword discovery and expansion.</li>
<li>Optimize website content and structure to improve visibility in AI-driven search results.</li>
<li>Utilize SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to monitor and improve site performance.</li>
</ul><div><div>Email Marketing</div>
</div><ul><li>Collaborate with team to develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and improve engagement rates.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For:
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and content management.</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with SEO tools and A/B testing platforms.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Certifications in Google Analytics (Preferred).</li>
<li>Experience with project management tools like JIRA and Confluence.</li>
<li>Email marketing experience including creating campaigns, analyzing performance data, and optimizing strategies.
<ul><li>Knowledge of AI algorithms and tools to enhance search engine rankings preferred.</li>
</ul>
