We keep things organized, transparent, and calm under pressure, so our clients &mdash; and our team &mdash; always feel supported.If you thrive in a setting where quality matters, growth is championed, and the workday is filled with purposeful momentum, you&rsquo;ll feel right at home with us.This is an in-person position - no remote worker applications please.We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented team member to support our residential construction projects in Coral Gables and surrounding areas.This is a varied role that combines construction administration, estimating support, purchasing, and general office assistance.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Pricing and ordering construction materials</li><li>Performing basic take-offs and quantity calculations from plans</li><li>Obtaining pricing from subcontractors and suppliers</li><li>Tracking subcontractor insurance, licenses, and compliance paperwork</li><li>Communicating with Spanish-speaking workers and subcontractors</li><li>Matching receipts to credit card transactions and assisting with bookkeeping records</li><li>General administrative and clerical support</li><li>Assisting the owner with day-to-day business and occasional personal tasks</li><li>Maintaining organized project files and documentation</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Construction industry experience preferred</li><li>Ability to read plans and perform basic material take-offs</li><li>Strong organizational and administrative skills</li><li>Fluent English and conversational Spanish required</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office and email</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously</li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed</li></ul>This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of a construction business and takes pride in keeping projects and paperwork organized.For your application to be submitted, please answer all of the screening questions.Pay: From $20.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you know how to read basic blueprints?</li><li>What is the formula for calculating the area of a square/rectangle, circle and triangle?</li><li>What is the formula for calculating the perimeter of a square and rectangle?</li><li>Describe your experience in the construction industry.</li><li>Why are you interested in this job?</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English and Spanish (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
