 Albayan Perfumes is seeking a Data Analyst with strong expertise in advertising campaign analysis to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating the performance of digital marketing campaigns and providing data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and return on investment.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Analyze performance of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate campaign effectiveness and determine whether campaigns are successful or require optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
 </li>
 <li>
 CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare clear, structured reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Compare current campaign performance with historical data and identify trends.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend optimization or budget reallocation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with the marketing team to improve targeting, creatives, and budget efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Role Objectives (KPIs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Improve return on ad spend (ROAS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
 </li>
 <li>
 Increase conversion rates through data-driven recommendations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support strategic marketing decisions with accurate and timely data analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop dashboards and performance reports for management visibility.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics; Looker Studio or Power BI is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and performance measurement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Salary
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Up to 700 BHD per month, based on experience and qualifications.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in e-commerce analytics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with GCC or Middle East markets.
 </li>
