Key Responsibilities</b></h1><div><b>
Recruiting &amp; Onboarding (Primary Focus)</b></div><ul><li>
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (intake, sourcing, screening, coordination, offer)</li><li>
Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other tools to build strong pipelines</li><li>
Partner with hiring managers to drive timely hiring decisions and reduce time-to-fill</li><li>
Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process, including pre-employment requirements and new hire setup</li><li>
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate activity and records in HR systems (e.g., ADP)</li></ul><div><b>
Payroll Management</b></div><ul><li>
Manage and coordinate payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely submission</li><li>
Review payroll reports, audit for discrepancies, and partner with finance as needed</li><li>
Ensure compliance with payroll policies, wage and hour laws, and internal controls</li><li>
Maintain payroll-related documentation and support reporting requirements</li></ul><div><b>
Employee Relations</b></div><ul><li>
Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns</li><li>
Support investigations, documentation, and resolution of employee issues</li><li>
Partner with managers to address performance concerns and provide guidance</li></ul><div><b>
HR Operations &amp; Compliance</b></div><ul><li>
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS</li><li>
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws</li><li>
Support audits, reporting, and documentation as needed</li></ul><div><b>
Performance &amp; Engagement</b></div><ul><li>
Support performance management processes (reviews, documentation, tracking)</li><li>
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and HR communications</li></ul><div><b>

Assist employees with benefits-related questions and enrollment support</li><li>
Coordinate with vendors and support open enrollment processes</li></ul><div><b>

Assist with scheduling, documentation, reporting, and maintenance of HR trackers</li><li>

<div><p><b>Description:</b></p><ul><li>
An established, multi-state real estate and creditors' rights law firm is seeking a qualified associate attorney to support its Kentucky practice.</li><li>
This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package based on experience.</li></ul><p>
 <b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li>
The candidate must be a member and in a good standing of the Kentucky State Bar.</li><li>
The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in real estate, civil litigation, and/or creditors&rsquo; right practice.</li><li>
The candidate must be willing and able to proactively utilize the Firm&rsquo;s case management and reporting software to actively manage assigned matters with a strong foundation in civil procedure, motions practice and loss mitigation.</li><li>
Knowledge of Title &amp; Lien Priority, Title Claim, Foreclosure, Eviction, TILA, RESPA, FDCPA, and the creditors&rsquo; rights practice generally.</li><li>
Court appearances, and some attendant travel, will be required.</li><li>
The candidate must exhibit a commitment to superior client care and proactive communication.</li><li>
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, enjoy working in a collaborative environment and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul><p><b>
Certifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Active membership of the Kentucky Bar is required.</li><li>
Additional Bar licenses are a plus.</li></ul><p><b>
