Comfort Consultant Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Engage with residential customers in person, over the phone, and via email to understand their HVAC needs and offer suitable solutions.</li>
<li>Conduct thorough on-site assessments of customers' HVAC systems, identifying issues, recommending upgrades or repairs, and providing cost estimates.</li>
<li>Present and explain the features and benefits of our HVAC products and services, addressing customer concerns and objections.</li>
<li>Prepare accurate and detailed proposals, contracts, and sales agreements for customers.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a seamless handover of projects and exceptional customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, fostering customer loyalty and generating repeat business.</li>
<li>Proactively seek out and follow up on sales leads, referrals, and opportunities to expand our customer base.</li>
<li>Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and advancements to deliver informed recommendations to customers.</li>
<li>Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently delivering outstanding sales performance.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM software.</li>
<li>Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales campaigns, promotions, and lead generation strategies.</li></ul> 


Comfort Consultant Qualifications:
<ul><li>Proven experience in HVAC sales, preferably within the residential sector.</li>
<li>Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.</li>
<li>Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.</li>
<li>Persuasive and confident presentation skills, able to clearly articulate complex HVAC concepts to homeowners.</li>
<li>Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and satisfaction.</li>
<li>Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.</li>
<li>Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li></ul>
