<div>As part of our growth strategy, Albireo Energy will increase sales staffing and are currently looking for an Account Executive who will be responsible for profitable and aggressive sales growth in the South Florida area. The Account Executive should have experience in owner direct sales and/or the plan and spec market, preferably in a large organization where they have gained experience and appreciation for a disciplined approach to account management and the competitive bid process.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop and maintain relationships with end users, design/build contractors, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, large owner accounts, and ESCOs.</li><li>
Assist consulting engineers with the design and specifications of control system applications.</li><li>
Capable of estimating material, labor and subcontractor costs for control system applications per plans/specifications.</li><li>
Partner with Operations Department to make sure projects are completed timely, within budget, and with high level of customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Capable of preparing technical scope of work proposals and presentations to consulting engineers which communicate our value proposition.</li><li>
Set meetings with customers, identify opportunities, sell Albireo Energy&rsquo;s capabilities.</li><li>
Negotiate final pricing and scope of work with contractors and end users.</li><li>
Provide Sales leadership for ongoing new installations, service and maintenance products.</li><li>
Attend sales meetings and training seminars.</li><li>
Team sell with other sales executives.</li><li>
Achieve annual revenue and gross margin targets.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
The Account Executive should have experience in Building Automation or Fire/Security owner direct sales and/or the plan and spec market, preferably in a large organization where they have gained experience and appreciation for a disciplined approach to account management and the competitive bid process.</li><li>
Proven success in either the plan &amp; spec or owner direct sales.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in sales in the building automation field.</li><li>
Ability to read and understand mechanical, electrical, &amp; controls drawings.</li><li>
Understanding of building HVAC systems and the application of controls.</li><li>
Must embrace use of CRM tool for pipeline and activity management.</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in engineering or equivalent degree with industry experience.</li></ul>
Salary Range: $90K-$100K base DOE + uncapped commission.

Building Automation Sales Account Executive | HVAC Controls

<div>This position is responsible for assisting in the operations of the division from a purchasing and inventory management aspect. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties throughout the facility as assigned and or as necessary.
Essential Functions: An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
<ul><li>Order all large equipment and job materials.</li><li>
Transfer inventory to jobs AX.</li><li>
Work with engineering to coordinate parts, pricing and part numbers, lead times etc.</li><li>
Sell parts to customers on as needed basis.</li><li>
Updates internal customers on delays and updating job completion dates.</li><li>
Support a performance-based culture, both team and individual, to assure continuous improvement and alignment with enterprise vision, mission, and objectives.</li><li>
Drive employee engagement, training, and development in the key areas of safety, quality, and productivity.</li><li>
Develop and manage the department budget.</li><li>
Ensure regulatory compliance across a range of federal, state, and local agencies.</li><li>
Ensure that all quality and safety standards, specifications and policies are met, drive continuous improvements, and collaborate with the team to drive efficiencies.</li><li>
Develop a culture based on open/honest dialogue and involvement with all team members that demonstrates the value of their input and engagement in improving performance.</li><li>
Drive a culture of high performance and accountability in employee and site safety as well as other aspects of the business.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in a technical field preferred, however, an equivalent combination of education and experience (High School Diploma or GED equivalent a minimum requirement) will also be considered.</li><li>
Required 5 years journeyman level experience and certification in one or more of the building trades; High school diploma or GED; supplemented by vocation/technical training in general construction (carpentry), plumbing, wiring, HVAC, etc.
</li><li>3-5 relevant work experience in the field or relate area that provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities for the job.</li><li>
Equivalent experience, vocational school, or an associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, computer technology, air conditioning or similar field is preferred.
</li><li>Prior experience leading, coaching, and mentoring others.</li><li>
Prior experience supporting construction and field employee groups, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative.</li><li>
Familiarity with the all product lines required.</li><li>
Commitment to &ldquo;open door&rdquo; and comfort with production floor presence and contact with all field employees.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to coach managers and supervisors to use company practices for maximum effectiveness.</li><li>
Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills; high quality document and report preparation.</li><li>
Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.</li><li>

Physical Activities: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and talk or hear. Working Conditions: This position is primarily located in an office environment with moderate to low noise levels and is typically sedentary. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to varying temperatures, work areas that may be slippery and or wet, near equipment and mechanical moving parts. Work indoors for extended periods of time. Work overnight, weekends, and rotating/varying shifts. This position can be based in home office location; 80% Travel required; occasional work overnight, weekends, and rotating/varying shifts.
